We have lots of colour combos available but natural is always classic, safe for nature and done in two G.S.M 1.9 kg to 2 kg and 2 ,2 to 2.3 kg per boucle weave we have natural as always color.

Basket weave

Basket weave is a traditional weave pattern locally known as Panama Mattings made from both handloom and powerloom. Yarns basically used for manufacturing this traditional weave pattern are Wycome and Mangadan. Quantity of yarn may differ as per specific quality.

Warp = 20 - 22

Weight = 1800 - 2000gsm

Boucle weave

Boucle weave is a traditional weave pattern locally known as SK1 or SK8. As per quality specification, this can be manufactured upto 30mtr rolls.

Quantity of yarn may differ as per specific quality.

Warp = 22 - 26

Weight = 2000 - 2300gsm

Coir Rugs

Coir mattings can be converted to rug sizes which includes all weave patterns described above. Colours and patterns can customised as per customer demand. Ends tucked, fringed or cotton webbing.

Coir Geotextile

Coir mesh mattings of different mesh sizes are most established coir textiles. Mesh mattings having different specifications are available under quality code numbers H2M5 to H2M10. These qualities represents coir textiles of different mesh sizes ranging from 1/8’’ to 1’’. The selection of geotextile for a particular slope depends upon the type of slope, soil condition and vegetation. If the slope is steep, the mesh size will be closer. The decorticated fibre/bristle fibre spun on machines can also be woven as geotextiles.
